There is no doubt that the coronavirus (COVID-19) is creating challenges for everyone, both personally and professionally. First and foremost, we hope that each of you, your families and your employees remain safe and healthy. Please know that by order of local authorities, a variety of temporary limitations and restrictions on filming and photography activity are now in effect in parts of Greater Los Angeles. Production activity is subject to different limitations in different jurisdictions. Please see the FilmLA website for restrictions in several Los Angeles area jurisdictions. https://www.filmla.com/covid-19/
Please know we are committed to providing a safe, healthy environment for our clients, property owners and employees. The safety and well-being of everyone involved with on-location production has always been our top priority. Image Locations, Inc. is open and conducting business with our staff working remotely. If you have questions or concerns regarding whether previously scheduled projects are proceeding, or if you need to reschedule a project, please reach out to us via telephone, text message or email. We will continue to notify property owners and producers of cancellations or scheduling changes as soon as possible.
We are hopeful that production will resume in the near future. Once production resumes, site managers will arrange for a hand sanitizer dispensers to be placed at each entrance and will bring additional supplies of hand soap, paper towels and disposable trash receptacles. Production will be asked to monitor their participants so that any cast or crew members who are ill will not enter any locations. Similarly, property owners are asked to inform us immediately if any resident or occupant of the premises is ill so that projects may be canceled, rescheduled or relocated as necessary.
In an effort to do all we can, we are following the CDC's and local health officials’ recommended health and hygiene guidelines. Once production resumes, site managers will liaise with production managers so there is stepped up daily sanitizing and cleaning using appropriate sanitizing products with special attention paid to high-touch areas.
