Warehouse 62 has the kind of industrial texture production teams usually have to build from scratch. Set in Florence-Graham, this raw factory filming location is shaped by wide work floors, connected brick bays, high roof structures, exposed trusses, and the practical wear of a building that still feels like it has done real work. Distressed whitewash, cracked concrete, old workplace signage, and broad empty spans give the camera plenty to read, while the scale leaves room for lighting, movement, and larger blocking.

Wide Factory Floors with Real Industrial Character

The main hall is the hero space, a broad, mostly open factory floor under painted steel trusses and exposed timber roof decking. Skylights break up the roof plane, suspended ductwork runs through the center, and a vintage safety sign gives one end wall a strong period detail. Multi-pane industrial windows cut into the brick perimeter, and the concrete floor still carries its cracks, stains, and patched history. For filming, the room gives crews space for wide masters, moving camera setups, and practical industrial backdrops without feeling empty or generic. The adjoining lower rooms shift the scale but keep the same raw language, with exposed joists, rust-toned beams, fluorescent strips, and peeling white-painted brick that can read as an old workshop, manufacturing floor, or stripped-back urban studio.

Natural Light, Depth, and Camera-Friendly Angles

Light is one of the reasons this filming location works so well on camera. In the principal warehouse hall, the skylights create a broad overhead base, while the rows of side windows send stronger bands of light across the concrete. The center of the floor can feel open and even, with brighter pockets near the glazing. When the scene needs a flatter or moodier look, the deeper interior bays and curtained work areas offer more control. The building also has great internal geometry. Large rectangular openings connect room to room, and several of them line up into deep sightlines through layers of brick, shadow, and worn surfaces. A long skylit passage adds another strong axis, with barred interior windows and half-height openings looking into neighboring workspaces. It gives directors and photographers real depth in the frame, while nearby rooms can stay useful for gear, resets, and off-camera staging.

Yard, Workrooms, and Production Staging

Beyond the open factory floors, Warehouse 62 includes areas that feel like active creative and fabrication spaces rather than blank warehouse rooms. One high-roofed room has white-painted rafters with red truss accents, a pool table, desks, and freestanding shoot equipment. Other work areas hold large-format printers, screen-printing stations, cutting equipment, and rolling machinery under exposed services. There is also a rough office and packing room with broad industrial windows and unfinished wallboard overhead, giving productions a smaller utilitarian interior when the scene needs to tighten up. Outside, the wide asphalt yard sits behind tall metal fencing and broad black gates, with red-brick elevations, barred windows, service doors, and faded painted surfaces around it. Along the edge of the property, a narrow concrete lane runs between the warehouse and a corrugated fence covered in large graffiti pieces, with utility poles, transformers, and overhead lines reinforcing the working-industrial feel. The yard can support exterior setups and staging while keeping clean views back toward the brick factory frontage.
