Two Open Halls Under Pitched Roofs
The approximately 51-by-30-foot rear studio and 45-by-43-foot front studio are substantial, open rooms beneath pitched roofs, with widely spaced columns that leave clear floor runs. Broad openings between zones allow views from one studio into the next, while open trusses, exposed ductwork and track fixtures reinforce the converted-warehouse character. Cleared of furnishings, the rear hall offers an industrial gallery feel, and the open front studio is available for events.
Texture, White Partitions and Natural Light
Weathered brick, polished concrete and freestanding white partitions give gatherings both texture and clean neutral planes. Painted brick has areas of wear and exposed red masonry, and the polished concrete carries joints, tonal variation and a repaired patch near the tall dark metal doors. Multiple rectangular rooflights bring strong, high-angle natural light into both halls, with frosted double doors in the front room adding a broad lateral glow from the street side.

A central service core connects the two studios, including an approximately 28-by-13-foot foyer that can hold check-in. Nearby is a dedicated dressing and backstage room. The adjoining black corridor is finished with globe pendants and tall arched mirrors, giving the event venue a darker companion space. The black-painted gabled facade includes roller doors and industrial lamps, and a frosted-glass front opening measures 88 inches wide by 108 inches high and leads directly toward the main floor, with a broad alley opening creating another route into the building.
