The double-height entrance hall is the interior space that gives the house its scale. Black-and-white marble flooring runs through the center, with an upper gallery, iron railings and tall columns pulling the eye upward. Because the hall opens through arches toward the salmon-pink dining room and then out toward the garden, it works well for entrances, reveals and layered compositions where you want to see one room leading into another. The dining room is long and formal, anchored by a carved table, crystal chandelier and dark wood floor, with French doors that bring in garden light and make exterior moves practical. From there, the tone can shift quickly. The pale salon gives you a fireplace and a broad curved sofa for a lighter frame, the library closes things down with built-in shelves, patterned rugs and an ornate mantel, and the turquoise sitting room adds a completely different color story with its coffered ceiling and arched garden doors.

Formal Gardens, Pool And Exterior Looks

The principal lawn is one of the most useful exterior areas because it gives enough distance to shoot full elevations of the house, long-lens approaches and wider group blocking. Clipped hedges frame the grass without hiding the facade, so the architecture still reads clearly. Around it, classical statues, a small circular fountain and a rectangular reflecting pool give productions smaller formal garden moments, with tall palms and mature trees adding height beyond the hedging. As you move farther into the grounds, the garden becomes denser and more private. Paths pass into tropical planting with bamboo, broad leaves and rows of stone figures, creating tighter sightlines and a more enclosed feeling. The vine-covered arbor, set with a long dining table and outdoor fireplace, has its own destination quality. By the large rectangular pool, the deep colonnaded pavilion is especially practical, offering covered seating and a shaded camera position facing the water. A separate square spa sits in heavier foliage, giving that corner a quiet, secluded garden atmosphere.

Light, Access And Production Flow

Garden-facing rooms take strong lateral daylight through tall arched windows and French doors, so the house can be planned around how the sun moves. In the brighter middle of the day, the dining room, checkerboard hall and turquoise sitting room are natural candidates for direct sun, patterned floor light and garden backdrops. When the light gets harder or moves off those openings, the library and covered pool pavilion offer softer alternatives, and there is additional exterior shade beneath the mature trees and arbor. A broad drive reaches the side of the house, and the estate layout connects the facade, lawn, pool and garden rooms by paved or gravel paths.
