Ranch 90 is a 5,000-square-foot, single-story ranch set across six hillside acres in Ventura. Mid-century modern rooms shift between clean white living areas, a wood-and-brick den and highly styled bedroom suites, while the pool, stone terraces and rustic outdoor bar open onto expansive mountain views.

Mid-Century Ranch Interiors

The main living and dining room reads as bright, composed mid-century modern. White-painted beams run above dark wood flooring, cowhide rugs, a low green sofa and sculptural timber seating. A branch-form chandelier anchors the long dining table. The room’s depth allows wide masters and reverse angles without losing its furnishings. A spindle screen and tiled entry create a clear transition into the darker den. Here, a vaulted wood ceiling and exposed beams rise over leather seating and a substantial curved brick fireplace with an integrated hearth. Warm paneling strengthens the period ranch character.
