Modern Desert Retreat: Coachella Valley Event Venue with Resort-Style Grounds

Coachella Valley

Image Events

Modern Desert Retreat is a four-acre modern farmhouse estate in the Coachella Valley, centered on a 65-foot pool, mountain views and landscaped recreation grounds. As an event venue, it brings together clean contemporary interiors, a separate guest house, a pool house and resort-style outdoor spaces, making it well suited to corporate events, private celebrations and product launches.

Modern Farmhouse Interiors with a Polished Arrival

A broad gravel motor court creates a clear arrival moment in front of the main facade, where pale brick, gray vertical siding and a symmetrical profile set a composed tone. Inside, white walls, light wood floors, matte-black details and black-framed glazing open the living spaces toward the pool. The entry passes a glass-fronted wine cellar into the dining and living areas, anchored by long sightlines, a double-sided white brick fireplace and views to the landscaped exterior. The chef’s kitchen adds a marble-look waterfall island, white cabinetry and black pendants, while a dark bar with stone surfaces, back-counter storage and cue racks gives the main residence a separate recreation-room mood.

A 65-Foot Pool, Terraces and Mountain Views

The 65-foot pool is the center of the estate, framed by pale coping, geometric stepping pads and narrow lawn strips. An elevated spa finishes one end, and a shallow ledge with in-water loungers and fire features gives the pool area a resort-style focus. Terraces run along both sides of the pool, offering views back to the house, out toward the gardens and across to the Coachella Valley mountains. Beyond the pool, the grounds include two rectangular bocce courts, a fenced tennis court, a shaded viewing pergola, a par-three practice hole with three tee positions, a beach volleyball area and a winding bicycle path. Desert gravel beds, agaves, palms, flowering vines and mature shade trees shape distinct zones while allowing long views across the estate.

Guest House, Pool House and Open-Air Gathering Areas

The separate guest house adds its own living room and kitchenette, with corner windows and sliding doors bringing in light from two sides. The pool house offers a gym and a main room under a timber-lined vaulted ceiling with exposed rafters, with large openings connecting directly to the garden, the outdoor dining pergola and nearby bar seating. The pergola is fitted with misters and holds a long table among flowering vines, with a built-in outdoor kitchen nearby with counters, refrigeration and a grill. Two fire-pit areas add additional gathering points, including one by the pool and another shaded beneath mature mesquite trees.
