Black lines travel across curved white cladding and converge around a recessed garage faced with horizontal wood slats, while a wide concrete drive and deep overhang add depth at the front of the house. After dark, ground lights model the curves and warm the wood without losing the graphic pattern. A pivoting wood entry door opens to a long concrete-floored corridor, shifting from expressive exterior design to a restrained interior.

Inside, the palette settles into cool white, gray and charcoal. The chef’s kitchen runs along a long room with a white island, integrated sink and cooktop, dark full-height cabinetry and built-in appliances. A retractable glass wall opens directly to the pool, connecting the kitchen to the courtyard, while a live-edge wood table and dimensional white feature wall bring texture to the dining area. The adjoining living room adds a high ceiling, clerestory glazing and large black-framed doors facing the pool; skylights brighten the white stair, with recessed fixtures and linear ceiling lights maintaining even illumination when the natural light changes.
