Eleven Palms House is a Hollywood Hills event venue that pairs a Cape Cod-style front with a layered tropical pool side. Mature palms, a long fountain terrace, furnished outdoor areas and colorful interiors give gatherings several distinct settings without leaving the property. The property’s layered setting suits a polished corporate event, a private party centered on the pool garden or a reception that uses the connected living, dining and kitchen areas.

Pool Garden and Fountain Terrace

The pool garden is the main reveal, with a large turquoise pool set in a red brick border, a broad concrete deck, striped loungers and matching umbrellas. Tall palms shape the space while keeping a clean connection back to the white two-story house. The tiered stone fountain leads up wide steps to the furnished terrace and French doors, while dense banana plants, mature trees, a barrel hot tub, a bamboo-lined passage and an ornate painted doorway add distinct outdoor character. A calmer lawn opens toward the small glazed pavilion, and the blue-painted balcony above looks over the fountain, pool and palms.

Connected Cape Cod Interiors

Inside, the house keeps its Cape Cod bones and adds strong color and personality. The pool-facing living room is bright and open, with glazed doors, white trim, crystal fixtures and light wood flooring, and it stays visually connected to the balcony and garden. A second lounge shifts the mood with a deep red sectional, a white-painted brick fireplace and interior glazing. The dining room opens toward the navy kitchen, connecting a live-edge table with bar seating and a cooking area around a large pale stone island, full-height blue cabinetry, a stainless range under an oversized hood and built-in wine storage.

Theater, Bar and Garden Office

For a more enclosed atmosphere, the home theater has brown leather recliners facing a large screen framed by red curtains, with dark blue walls, illuminated sconces and a black-and-white geometric floor. A marble-finished bar with glass shelving, a sink and bottle storage sits at the rear. Separate from the main rooms, the garden office offers a quieter setting with large black-framed windows on two sides, greenery-filtered light and exposed roof rafters.
