CITYview is a Downtown Los Angeles event venue with a skyline-forward setting that moves between a clean contemporary loft, a more industrial open volume and a glass-edged terrace. Contemporary Corner Loft
The main loft sits on a broad corner, so the room immediately feels open. Dark carpet runs under a high suspended ceiling with slim linear lights, and white rectangular columns give the plan rhythm without chopping it into smaller rooms. Floor-to-ceiling windows on two adjoining sides bring Downtown Los Angeles towers and lower surrounding blocks into view, while the furnished conference area at one glazed end has round white tables and simple chairs for a modern meeting or presentation setting.
Industrial Open Volume
The second loft shifts into polished gray concrete, tall white columns and an exposed ceiling of beams, pipes and suspended fixtures. Its cleaner industrial character gives the event venue another atmosphere, and the wide openings between the volumes let the rooms feel layered rather than like a simple open room.
Light, Sightlines and Skyline
Light comes in from two adjoining glass walls and reaches well into both lofts. When the sun is direct, the window mullions can throw sharp rectangular grids across the carpet and concrete; white walls and a separate frosted-glass area offer a softer, more diffused feel. The column bays keep depth in the rooms without shutting down the views beyond them.
Glass-Edged Terrace and Arrival Spaces
Glass doors open from the window line to a long terrace finished in warm wood-look planks.
